How do I register my Phat Scooter to use the app?

1. Download the Phat Scooters app from your App Store.
2. Once you open the app, click on “Register Your Scooter Now!” at the bottom. This does not replace the online registration you completed for warranty purposes.
3. Fill out the required fields to sign up, including setting up a password.
4. Once you have completed your registration, you will use your email and new password to log-in.

The Phat Scooters® app offers a lot to you as an owner! There are FAQs videos to help with assembly of your scooter and maintenance. If you’re having any difficulties with your scooter, you can contact the support team directly from your app and send pictures necessary for warranty claims.

You can also connect with other Phat Scooters® owners in the community section, earn referral points and join in Phat Scooters events.
